How long does a website take to build?
Most starter sites are done in 1–2 weeks. Larger or more complex projects (web apps, e-commerce, booking systems) take 3–4 weeks. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start so there are no surprises.
Do I need to provide content and images?
Yes — you know your business best. We’ll give you a simple checklist of what we need (text for each page, your logo, photos). If you don’t have professional photos, we can recommend free stock sources. We can also write copy for an additional fee ($99/page).
Will my site work on mobile?
Always. Every site we build is mobile-first — designed for phones first, then scaled up for desktop. We test on multiple screen sizes before delivery.
What do I need to get started?
Just reach out via the contact form. We’ll have a quick discovery call (15–30 min), then send you a fixed-price proposal within 24 hours.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Our maintenance plan covers monthly updates, security patches, backups, and small content changes — from $49/month. If you only need occasional help, we also take one-off requests billed at our hourly rate.
Can I update the site myself after launch?
Yes — we offer two options:
Option 1 — We handle it (Maintenance Plan) Pay $49/month and send us update requests. We handle everything within 1–2 business days.
Option 2 — Self-manage with the web editor We set up a simple web-based editor (no code required) so you can update text and images yourself. You log in with your GitHub account and publish changes with a button click. See the Editing Your Content guide.
Note: any repairs needed after self-made changes are billed at our standard hourly rate.
What happens if my site goes down?
Sites hosted on Cloudflare Pages have 99.9%+ uptime — outages are rare and usually resolved by Cloudflare within minutes. If something on your specific site breaks (e.g. after an update), contact us and we’ll investigate promptly. This is covered by the maintenance plan; otherwise it’s a billable support call.
Do you work with clients outside NSW?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across Australia. Discovery calls and handover sessions are done via video call.
Can you redesign an existing site?
Yes. We can either rebuild your site from scratch or refresh an existing one. We’ll assess your current site during the discovery call and quote accordingly.
What’s not included in the fixed price?
The fixed price covers design, build, and launch. It doesn’t include:
- Domain registration (we can set it up for a one-off $79)
- Ongoing hosting beyond the free Cloudflare Pages tier (rare — only applies to high-traffic sites)
- Content writing (available at $99/page)
- Post-launch changes outside the maintenance plan
